I hereby grant Barbara Samayoa permission to use photographs of me/my child/children from Musikgarten classes and events. I understand that these photographs may be used on the internet only for Myrtle Beach School of Music (website, blog, Facebook business page) and in print for advertisements, and/or displays. If your wishes are contrary to this permission, just let the teacher know and they will be honored.
